Lead Educator Opportunity at Score At The Top Learning Centers & Schools

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as the Lead Educator at our Miami campus. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the educational experience for our students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Development & Promotion of Educational Services:
    • Develop and implement creative marketing strategies to enhance visibility and reach
    • Promote our educational offerings to potential families with enthusiasm
    • Engage with parents to outline academic plans for their children and advocate for our services
  • Supervision of Educational Support Programs:
    • Manage the day-to-day functions of our personalized and small-group learning environment, emphasizing academic advancement, attendance rates, and student welfare
    • Address parental inquiries regarding the full-time curriculum (liaise with each parent to identify student needs, assign suitable educators, and maintain accurate digital records)
    • Organize and supervise timetables for students and instructors
    • Assist educators in formulating and executing effective syllabi
    • Provide guidance on appropriate classroom management strategies
    • Monitor the quality of teacher-student interactions and academic delivery
    • Act as an intermediary between families and the institution to tackle academic and other concerns
    • Resolve disciplinary matters by engaging with students, parents, and faculty to reach positive resolutions
    • Facilitate biannual parent-teacher meetings
    • Design curriculum frameworks for enrolled learners
    • Regularly follow up with students and parents to ensure exceptional service standards
    • Establish a supportive environment for our students
    • Arrange capacity-building sessions for the teaching staff
    • Manage accommodation requests with College Board & ACT
    • Contribute to our reaccreditation processes with Cognia/AdvancED
    • Collaborate with the Learning Center Director to ensure operational efficiency across all departments
  • Administrative Oversight:
    • Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate your team members
    • Review and authorize teachers' progress reports prior to dissemination to parents, intervening when necessary to uphold service excellence for our students
    • Ensure seamless functionality of the educational facility
    • Coordinate with the Controller for precise client invoicing on a monthly basis and weekly payroll processing
    Qualifications:
    • Undergraduate or higher degree from a recognized U.S. institute
    • Prior experience with students having Learning Disabilities and Autism Spectrum Disorder is a plus
    • Proficiency in Spanish is advantageous
