  • Information Management: Ensure accurate documentation and protect patient information in accordance with hospital and regulatory requirements.
  • Quality Management: Demonstrate a high standard of professionalism, compassion, and commitment to patient care, ensuring compliance with patient-related healthcare regulatory requirements.
  • Professional Development: Engage in projects to maintain and advance professional competency, serving as a clinical resource for new staff and participating in research, quality assurance, and performance improvement projects.
Qualifications
  • Graduate from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Program.
  • Active PA Certification by the National Commission of Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) or Connecticut State Registered Nurse License, Connecticut State Nurse Practitioner License, Board specialty certification, as appropriate for position profile.
