Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Create a quality service experience by ensuring timely resolution to customer needs and overall customer satisfaction.
  • Cash Handling: Proficiently service customers by accepting and processing transactions with accuracy and efficiency within policy guidelines.
  • Account Management: Open and manage customer accounts, including checking, savings, and safe deposit boxes.
  • Sales and Marketing: Develop and maintain relationships with customers, promote banking products and services, and identify growth opportunities to cross-sell products.
  • Compliance and Security: Adhere to all bank compliance, security, and operational policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma/GED required.
  • Experience: 1+ year of customer service and cash handling experience, preferably in a financial institution.
  • Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer applications.
