About the Job:
We're seeking a Multi-Family Housing Leasing Professional to join our team at Southeast Developer. As a Leasing Associate, you'll play a critical role in leasing, marketing, and maintaining the overall quality of our luxury residences. About You:
We're looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. As a Leasing Associate, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, demonstrating product knowledge, and maintaining accurate records. Your ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines will be essential to your success in this role.

Essential Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to resident requests, concerns, and comments* Greet prospects, qualify their needs, and record all prospect visits and initial interactions* Demonstrate community and apartment features, highlighting the benefits and amenities to potential residents* Assist prospects in completing applications, securing deposits, and updating leasing software* Process applications for approvals, follow up with applicants regarding status, and maintain open communication via email and telephone* Ensure apartments are ready for residents to move-in, prepare leases, and orient new residents to the community* Monitor advertising effectiveness, update online marketing outlets, and gather information about market competition* Participate in outreach marketing activities, assist in placing and removing banners, balloons, bandit signs, flags, and other marketing materials* Conduct market surveys and shop competitive communities, consistently implementing policies and procedures* Complete application processing paperwork, input prospect, applicant, and resident information into leasing software systems accurately and on time* Maintain current resident files, receive telephone calls and in-person visits, and quickly complete maintenance Service Requests* Contribute to cleanliness and curb appeal of the community, assist in planning resident functions, and attend events as directed by the Community Manager

Desired Skills and Qualifications:
* High school degree or equivalent* 2+ years of experience in customer service* Valid driver's license* Strong oral and written communication skills, ability to operate Microsoft Office, and community software* Positive attitude, ability to smile under all circumstances, and participate in training to comply with new or existing laws* Neat, clean, and professional appearance at all times, compliance with expectations as demonstrated in the employee handbook* Ability to diffuse and respond to customer concerns, learn and ensure compliance with all company, local, state, and federal safety rules* Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year
