Job Overview

We are looking for a committed and skilled School Psychologist to enhance our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in promoting students' mental health and academic achievement while working effectively within a school environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform psychological assessments and evaluations to identify students' learning, behavioral, and emotional needs.
  • Deliver individual and group counseling to assist students facing academic or emotional challenges.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and school leaders to create and execute tailored intervention strategies and Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
  • Track and assess student progress, making recommendations and adjustments as needed.
  • Engage in crisis intervention and provide support services for both students and staff.
  • Advise on behavioral management techniques and contribute to the development of school-wide initiatives that foster positive mental health.
  • Stay informed about the latest research and best practices in school psychology and apply them appropriately.
Qualifications:
  • Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or a related discipline.
  • Valid certification as a School Psychologist.
  • Experience in a school setting is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Strong knowledge of psychological assessment methods and intervention strategies.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.
  • Capacity to work collaboratively with a diverse group of educators, students, and families.
