At Brenntag, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dispatch Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for supervising all drivers, dispatching Brenntag drivers, and supporting all areas of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and manage the daily operations of drivers, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods.
  • Dispatch Brenntag drivers, coordinating with customers and suppliers to meet delivery schedules.
  • Support all areas of our business, including Caustic Soda and Bulk, to ensure seamless operations.
  • Manage driver paperwork, receipts, and reimbursements, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Coordinate shipping appointments and pickups, working closely with customers and suppliers.
  • Process driver paperwork, including DOT logs, and review for accuracy.
  • Work with customer service to resolve any issues or concerns related to customer orders.
  • Communicate daily with drivers, customers, and suppliers to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
  • 1-5 years of experience in the chemical industry.
  • 3 years of experience in distribution with a working knowledge of dispatching a fleet of drivers.
  • 3 years of supervisory/management experience.
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and bias for action.
