Daily Activities

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing support across various branches as needed, which may involve travel.
  • Engaging with contractor customers through phone calls, emails, and in-person visits.
  • Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Assisting with unloading deliveries, checking in products, and restocking inventory.
  • Conducting regular inventory checks to ensure accuracy and address discrepancies.
  • Preparing and shipping customer orders promptly.
  • Participating in on-call coverage as required.
  • Occasionally traveling to other branches to provide assistance.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A high school diploma, HVAC/R technical degree, or an Associate degree in HVAC/R.
  • Experience in HVAC/R technical or counter roles.
  • Warehouse experience or a strong willingness to learn.
  • A valid driver's license.
