Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Teller to join our Retail Branch organization. As a Teller, you will provide exceptional customer service, accurately process high-volume customer banking transactions, and educate customers on new technology and banking products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver a unique customer experience aimed at improving customer financial wellbeing and creating loyalty.
  • Process a variety of customer interactions, including transactions and referrals.
  • Educate customers on alternatives available for their financial interactions and identify banking opportunities.
  • Perform lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products to meet their needs.
  • Apply product and procedural knowledge to solve customer's problems and adhere to all policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Customer Focused: Knowledgeable of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions.
  • Managing Risk: Assessing and effectively managing all of the risks associated with their business objectives and activities to ensure they adhere to and support PNC's Enterprise Risk Management Framework.
