Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Banking Professional to join our team at PNC Financial Services Group. As a key member of our Retail Branch organization, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing high-volume customer banking transactions, and developing banking product referral opportunities through strong customer relationship skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver a unique customer experience aimed at improving customer financial wellbeing and creating loyalty while increasing share of wallet.
  • Process a variety of customer interactions, educate customers on alternatives available for their financial interactions, and identify banking opportunities during customer interactions.
  • Perform lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products to meet their needs.
  • Apply product and procedural knowledge to solve customer's problems and adhere to all policies and procedures.
