Senior Private Banking Relationship Manager

WSFS Bank is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Private Banking Relationship Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Private Wealth Management division, you will be responsible for managing high-net-worth individual relationships and developing new business opportunities through the sale and servicing of credit, deposit products, and wealth management services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Private Banking relationships for high-net-worth individuals and develop new business opportunities.
- Attend to the needs of private banking and wealth management customers, including consumer loans, commercial loans, lines of credit, and deposit products.
- Serve as the primary liaison to internal partners in the Commercial and Consumer divisions, as well as external centers of influence for wealth management services.
- Call on prospective clients and professional service providers to develop new relationships and retain existing business.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in a Finance-related field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years of commercial lending, Private Banking, or wealth management experience.
- Knowledge of key financial, investment, and fiduciary concepts, as well as commercial, consumer loan, and deposit products.
- Results-oriented, sales aptitude with demonstrated ability to achieve organizational and business goals.
- Superior interpersonal, organizational, and client service skills.
