Job Title: Behavior Therapist

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Behavior Therapist to join our team. As a Behavior Therapist, you will work closely with our experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to provide one-on-one therapy to children with Autism in various settings.

Responsibilities:
  • Implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) designed by our BCBAs to address specific behavioral goals and objectives for each client.
  • Provide one-on-one therapy to clients in homes, schools, clinics, or community settings.
  • Accurately collect and record data on client behaviors and responses during therapy sessions.
  • Collaborate with our BCBAs to track and report client progress towards behavioral goals and make necessary adjustments to the intervention plan.
  • Utilize approved behavior reduction techniques and strategies to address challenging behaviors.
  • Assist clients in acquiring and developing functional skills, communication abilities, and appropriate social behaviors.
  • Provide training and support to parents/caregivers on implementing behavior intervention techniques and strategies in the home environment.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED required. Associates or Bachelors degree in related field is a plus.
  • Reliable transportation, driver's license, insurance, and smartphone.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent time management and interpersonal skills.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to take direction from senior staff members.
