About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized care to residents, including assistance with grooming, meals, and medication reminders

  • Participate in training to ensure you are equipped with the necessary skills to deliver exceptional care to our residents
Requirements
  • Valid HHA certificate, CNA certificate, or license, and PCA certificate
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with residents and their families
  • Attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a team to coordinate care plans and ensure residents' needs are met
  • Familiarity with basic medical procedures and a compassionate attitude towards elderly individuals
