Job DescriptionAs an RN in our Hospice Spectrum at JGS Lifecare, you will be responsible for providing compassionate end-of-life care to residents. Your day-to-day tasks will include assessing and monitoring patients, coordinating with the interdisciplinary team, administering medications, and ensuring the comfort and well-being of residents. You will also be responsible for documenting patient care and communicating effectively with families and caregivers.
Requirements- A valid MA RN License is required
- Excellent clinical skills in end-of-life care
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in utilizing electronic health records and other healthcare software tools
