Join Our Team as a Front Desk Agent

Position Overview:
As a vital member of our hospitality team, the Front Desk Agent plays a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. We are looking for individuals with a warm demeanor and excellent communication skills to serve as the first point of contact at our lodge.

Compensation:
Wage is competitive and based on experience, starting at $13.00 per hour.

Shifts Available:
We offer both Day Shift (7a-3p) and Second Shift (3p-11p) opportunities. Positions are available for both Full-Time and Part-Time, with a requirement for weekend and holiday availability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service by answering multi-line phones professionally.
  • Manage reservations through various channels including in-person, email, and phone.
  • Welcome and check-in guests efficiently and courteously.
  • Process payments and manage group accounts.
  • Assist guests with inquiries and provide necessary information.

Qualifications:
  • Must be at least 18 years old by the start date.
  • Prior customer service experience, particularly in cash handling, is essential.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic math and accounting skills are required.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in computer usage within a Windows environment.
  • Experience in a service-oriented industry, preferably hospitality.

Physical Requirements:
Candidates should be prepared for lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
