Job Title: Embedded Software Security Principal Engineer

Raytheon is seeking a highly skilled Embedded Software Security Principal Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and integrating real-time missile software that meets the highest standards of system security.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Apply system security principles to the design and implementation of signal processing software
  • Utilize C and C++ languages on various computing platforms
  • Understand performance implications associated with specific system security implementations
  • Design, develop, integrate, and test real-time missile software
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering or science discipline
  • 8+ years of experience in embedded systems and software integration
  • Proficiency in C/C++
  • Active U.S. government-issued security clearance and U.S. citizenship
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Department of Defense (DoD) programs
  • Experience with Xilinx products and development environments
  • Knowledge of modern computer architectures and hardware technologies
  • Experience in Agile and DevSecOps environments
