Position Summary
The Fire Restoration Project Coordinator is essential in evaluating and estimating the costs associated with Fire & Contents restoration projects. This role involves collaboration with clients, insurance professionals, and internal teams to ensure the effective execution of restoration initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and assess project scopes and estimates, negotiate necessary approvals, allocate resources, and coordinate with production teams.
  • Conduct thorough on-site evaluations to determine damage and restoration needs.
  • Communicate estimation details to clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns.
  • Ensure precision in the scope of work for projects and prepare estimates using specialized software and technology.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with clients, team members, vendors, and insurance representatives.

Additional Responsibilities
Perform other tasks as assigned.

Pay Type: Hourly

Required Qualifications
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to meet project deadlines and handle multiple estimates concurrently.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accurate and comprehensive estimates and documentation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of conveying technical information effectively to clients and internal teams.

Preferred Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience in estimating within the insurance restoration sector.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Familiarity with advanced estimation software, such as Xactimate.
  • Xactimate Certification: Level 1/2.

Work Hours & Travel Requirements

Job Type: Full Time
Standard schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
This position may require extended hours, including evenings and weekends. Participation in the on-call program may be expected with prior notification.


Physical and Work Environment Requirements
  • Ability to lift and carry equipment or materials weighing up to 50 pounds during on-site evaluations.
  • Capability to walk and stand for extended periods, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces.
  • Extensive computer use is necessary, including prolonged periods of typing and data entry.
  • Strong visual acuity to accurately assess damage and construction details.
