  • Check for guest satisfaction, effectively resolving any service breakdowns or issues.
  • Promote Caesars Rewards programs and card membership, encouraging guests to participate.
  • Provide a warm farewell and thank guests for visiting, ensuring a positive lasting impression.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Minimum one year of experience as a host/hostess in a fine dining establishment, preferably in a high-volume environment.
  • Ability to read and write English sufficiently to perform job duties.
  • Consistently display extraordinary service with an upbeat and positive attitude.
  • Some knowledge of food service and hospitality principles.
Working Conditions:

The Restaurant Host/Hostess position requires working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple tasks to be handled under time constraints. The ability to stand for extended periods, maintain normal vision and hearing range, and perform manual dexterity tasks is essential. A neat and clean appearance, as well as physical fitness to perform duties, is required.
