We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) / Mental Health Technician to join our Nurse Resources Team.

As a valued member of our team, you will act as a floating team member, providing direct and indirect nursing care to patients across various departments in our hospital. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing patient care under the supervision of licensed nurses, ensuring high-quality and safe care delivery.
  • Conducting patient assessments, developing plans of care, and implementing interventions to meet patient needs.
  • Communicating effectively with healthcare teams, promoting seamless care coordination and collaboration.
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed records, adhering to CVMC/WDR policies and procedures.

About the Role

This role requires a minimum one year of experience as a Licensed Nursing Assistant, with a strong foundation in basic nursing care skills. We encourage applicants with a passion for delivering exceptional patient care and a commitment to teamwork and communication.

Benefits and Compensation

We offer a competitive salary range of $38,000 - $50,000 per year, depending on experience, plus excellent benefits, including health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.

What You Will Need

  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • Successful completion of 75-hour Nursing Assistant Training and Competency Evaluation program.
  • Registered in the State of Vermont as a Licensed Nursing Assistant.
  • Minimum one year of experience as a Licensed Nursing Assistant.
