About the Role

As a Medication Partner, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and well-being of our residents by administering medications, maintaining accurate records, and providing exceptional care and support.

Responsibilities
  • Administer medications to residents as prescribed by their healthcare providers
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date medication records
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure residents receive high-quality care
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Appropriate certification per state guidelines and certification in good standing
  • Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English
  • Positive and energetic attitude
  • Ability to lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop throughout the day
