The responsibilities include overseeing the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding, which encompasses creating job advertisements, sourcing candidates actively and passively, conducting screenings, interviews, pre-employment checks, scheduling interviews, ensuring compliance, extending job offers, and following up post-hire.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct high-volume recruitment across multiple disciplines.
  • Utilize effective sourcing strategies to build relationships with potential candidates.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and possess strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, HRIS software, and ATS systems.
  • Exhibit excellent oral and written communication skills, along with interpersonal and coaching abilities.
  • Collaborate effectively with various teams within the organization while also being able to work independently.
  • Maintain knowledge of employment laws and best practices.
  • Demonstrate attention to detail and a results-oriented mindset while ensuring confidentiality in all HR matters.
  • Possess a working understanding of payroll practices.
  • Facilitate a positive experience for all new hires during the onboarding process.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience is required.
  • Previous experience in culinary and hospitality management, as well as hourly recruitment, is essential.
