Position Overview: This role is essential in managing the complete recruitment lifecycle and various HR functions to assist our Operations Executives in staffing for hourly positions. The responsibilities include overseeing the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding, which encompasses creating job advertisements, sourcing candidates actively and passively, conducting screenings, interviews, pre-employment checks, scheduling interviews, ensuring compliance, extending job offers, and following up post-hire.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct high-volume recruitment across multiple disciplines.
- Utilize effective sourcing strategies to build relationships with potential candidates.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and possess strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, HRIS software, and ATS systems.
- Exhibit excellent oral and written communication skills, along with interpersonal and coaching abilities.
- Collaborate effectively with various teams within the organization while also being able to work independently.
- Maintain knowledge of employment laws and best practices.
- Demonstrate attention to detail and a results-oriented mindset while ensuring confidentiality in all HR matters.
- Possess a working understanding of payroll practices.
- Facilitate a positive experience for all new hires during the onboarding process.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree is preferred.
- A minimum of 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience is required.
- Previous experience in culinary and hospitality management, as well as hourly recruitment, is essential.
