Key Responsibilities in Shipping and Receiving:

  • Oversee the dispatch and reception of all goods, materials, and supplies.
  • Work collaboratively with logistics personnel, customer service agents, service providers, and other stakeholders involved in the shipping and receiving process.
  • Monitor, trace, and update the status of incoming and outgoing shipments.
  • Ensure a tidy, organized, and ready-to-use workspace.
  • Efficiently unload trucks and deliveries, sorting and stocking received items.
  • Keep an accurate daily log of movements, inventory scanning, and precise counting.
  • Engage positively with vendors and delivery personnel.
  • Provide additional support as needed for shipping and receiving operations.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

  • Experience in scanning and sorting stock.
  • Proficient in receiving, stocking, and stacking items.
  • Ability to pull, pack, and load products effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
