Position Overview:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Deliver expert technical assistance for the installation and upkeep of packaging systems.
  • Identify and troubleshoot technical challenges, implementing effective solutions.
  • Engage with clients to understand their service requirements and ensure a high level of satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and reporting using MS Office tools.
  • Be prepared for extensive travel (approximately 60%) to various client locations for service engagements.
  • Exhibit a proactive attitude and readiness to address challenges as they arise.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in packaging system manufacturing and assembly (preferred).
  • At least 3 years of experience in a Service Technician role (preferred).
  • Fundamental knowledge of HMI PLC functionality.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor when interacting with clients.
  • Detail-oriented with a forward-thinking, action-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to evaluate next steps and foresee upcoming tasks.
  • Willingness to travel up to 60% of the time.
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
