**Job Summary**

U.S. Farathane is seeking an experienced Molding Manager to oversee projects and supply direction for continuous process and tooling improvements within our facility.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Evaluate current processes and identify areas for improvement
  • Assist the team in identifying process improvements and cost reduction opportunities
  • Responsible for equipment installation, tooling design, documentation, and assessment
  • Train and implement product and process improvements
  • Troubleshoot issues for new and existing processes
  • Communicate standards and troubleshooting globally

**Requirements:**

  • Minimum of three years prior leadership experience preferred
  • Minimum of ten years' experience in process engineering, tooling, equipment, and process improvement
  • Working knowledge of customer functional performance requirements
  • In-depth understanding and application of concepts, theories, and principles in injection molding
  • Strong technical project management, manufacturing engineering, statistical process control capability, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent technical and mechanical aptitude
  • Strong understanding of MRP, quality control, purchasing, and accounting
  • Lean manufacturing experience a plus; to include Kepner-Trego, 5 Why, and Six Sigma problem-solving skills

**Working Environment:**

The successful candidate will work in a general office environment and manufacturing facility.
