About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Fitting Specialist to join our team at PUMA North America, Inc. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for setting up and conducting fitting days in the field, maintaining fitting tools, and organizing orders from the fitting day.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up and conduct fitting days in the field, ensuring a seamless experience for our customers.
  • Maintain and organize fitting tools, ensuring they are in good working condition.
  • Organize orders from the fitting day, working closely with the account or local Territory Sales Manager.
  • Keep accurate fitting records, providing valuable insights for our sales team.
  • Be the point of contact for our brands for all account requests pertaining to fitting days and follow-up.
Requirements
  • High school diploma; college degree preferred.
  • Experience with launch monitors (Trackman, Foresight, or FlightScope) and golf club fitting.
  • Understanding of basic and intermediate fitting terminology.
  • Knowledge of golf ball flight data characteristics (speed, launch, spin).
  • High level of energy, initiative, and professionalism.
  • Ability to set up and break down a fitting day, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to conduct 40-50 events in a calendar year.
  • Ability to be flexible to business needs and willingness to work weekends.
