About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Fitting Specialist to join our team at PUMA North America, Inc. As a Fitting Specialist, you will be responsible for setting up and conducting our fitting days in the field, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up and conduct fitting days in the field, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for customers
  • Provide expert knowledge of golf club fitting, launch monitors, and golf ball flight data characteristics
  • Maintain accurate records of fitting sessions and communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Work closely with the local Territory Sales Manager to maintain outstanding relationships with accounts and ensure successful fitting days
  • Participate in large-scale brand events, staff and VIP golf club fittings, and other activities as required
Requirements
  • High school diploma; college degree preferred
  • Experience with launch monitors (Trackman, Foresight, or FlightScope) and golf club fitting
  • Understanding of basic and intermediate fitting terminology
  • Knowledge of golf ball flight data characteristics (speed, launch, spin)
  • High level of energy, initiative, and professionalism
  • Ability to set up and break down a fitting day, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to conduct 40-50 events in a calendar year
  • Ability to be flexible to business needs and willingness to work weekends
