Job Title: Strength and Conditioning Coach

SLX HOLDINGS LLC is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Strength and Conditioning Coach to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for delivering one-on-one assisted stretch sessions and leading guided group stretching classes for our clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality stretching sessions to clients, ensuring a safe and effective experience.
  • Lead group stretching classes, promoting a positive and supportive environment for clients.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, encouraging them to achieve their fitness goals.
  • Manage client care, updating notes and booking appointments as needed.
  • Ensure client safety by enforcing StretchLab policies and safety rules.
  • Attend staff meetings and educational presentations to stay up-to-date on industry developments.
  • Handle client concerns and provide excellent customer service.
  • Assist Sales Associates and General Manager with studio tours and sales as needed.
  • Maintain a strong social media presence to promote client membership and retention.
Requirements:
  • Passion for boutique fitness and stretching, mobility, and flexibility.
  • Previous experience as a Massage Therapist, Personal Trainer, Physical Therapist, or Pilates or Yoga Instructor.
  • Experience working in a fitness/health environment, providing hands-on training with clients.
  • Fitness certification required.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to create a positive environment.
  • Ability to connect with people and help them achieve their goals.
  • Professional work ethic, reliability, and adherence to attendance policies.
  • Availability to complete our 2-day Flexologist Training Program.
Compensation:

Hourly wage: $22-$25. Additional hours available at $10/hour when not stretching clients.
