Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the HVAC Engineering Team in project initiation, planning, and execution
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Develop project-specific construction documents and provide field engineering support
  • Oversee the HVAC team and deliver technical assistance as required
  • Ensure adherence to established organizational policies and procedures
  • Supervise project activities and ensure client satisfaction
  • Engage with team members and external stakeholders
  • Assist in formulating electrical scopes of work and project cost estimates

Qualifications

Essential Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering; Master's degree is preferred
  • New York State Professional Engineer License
  • A minimum of 15 years of experience in mechanical engineering
  • Experience managing medium-sized governmental and commercial projects
  • Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD software
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Capability to work in a geographically distributed team setting
