Job Summary:

Soliant is seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team in a school-based setting. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for evaluating students' speech and language skills, developing personalized treatment plans, and delivering direct therapy services to enhance speech and language abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate students' speech and language skills, identifying areas of strength and weakness.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet students' unique communication needs, incorporating evidence-based practices and strategies.
  • Deliver direct therapy services to students, utilizing a variety of techniques and modalities to promote effective communication.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to ensure a comprehensive and coordinated approach to student support.
  • Monitor and adjust interventions to track student progress, making data-driven decisions to inform treatment plans.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Current California state license or eligibility for licensure.
  • Preferred: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
  • Prior experience in a school-based environment is highly desirable.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
