Position Overview

Celebrations Speech Group Inc. is currently seeking qualified Speech-Language Pathologists for a school-based role. This position involves assessing, treating, and managing speech and language caseloads primarily at the middle and high school levels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement evidence-based therapy plans tailored to individual speech and language disorders.
  • Conduct evaluations and utilize standardized assessments for accurate diagnosis of communication challenges.
  • Manage casework for students assigned to your caseload.
  • Participate in the development and facilitation of legally compliant Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
  • Provide supervision for Clinical Fellows or Speech-Language Pathology Assistants as needed.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
  • Engage in collaborative efforts with special education teachers and general education staff.
Qualifications:
  • Mandatory: Valid California Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) License.
  • Master's Degree in Speech Pathology or Communication Disorders; Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply.
  • Experience in case management and IEP documentation.
  • Familiarity with special education laws and compliance regulations.
  • Strong commitment to working with diverse populations.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and work independently.
  • Proficient in building rapport with colleagues and students.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Positive, collaborative attitude.
