Key Responsibilities
  • Customize, internalize, and create lesson and unit plans that align with the network's curriculum.

Qualifications
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Arts or Sciences.
  • A valid California Teaching Credential or an equivalent from another state, with the ability to transfer.
  • Proven success in engaging with parents and families, particularly those from Black, African American, Latine/a/o/x, and immigrant backgrounds.
Compensation & Benefits

This role may include an annual $3,500 Master’s supplement, a $1,500 Credential Bonus, and/or a one-time $5,000 signing bonus for hard-to-fill positions.

Compensation Details

The starting salary range is $62,424 - $100,604, depending on years of relevant experience and credentials.

  • Additional Supplements for:

    • Master’s Degree: $3,500
    • Doctorate: $2,000
    • Board Certification: $5,000
    • Lead Learning Specialist (SPED): $10,000
  • Leadership Stipends for:
    • Instructional Lead Team: $5,000
    • Grade Level Lead Team: $5,000
    • Summer Professional Development: $250/day
