Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Coordinator to support our Sales Team in setting the stage for growth and collaboration. This role involves working closely with various teams to plan and execute marketing strategies, manage budgets, and strengthen the Eikenhout employer brand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with Finance to manage the marketing budget and ensure effective allocation of resources.
  • Collaborate with the Management & Sales team and vendors to plan and execute all communication and media actions across channels.
  • Plan and manage events to promote the Eikenhout brand and build relationships with customers and vendors.
  • Work with HR to strengthen the Eikenhout employer brand and attract top talent.
  • Conceptualize and manage lead generation programs with Sales leads and vendors.
  • Work with Branches on eCommerce order processing and ensure seamless customer experience.
Requirements
  • Excellent tech skills and a willingness to learn new technologies.
  • Proven ability to handle concurrent projects with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Experience leading and managing projects from start to finish.
  • Ability to align marketing projects with organizational goals and values.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience managing budgets and making data-driven decisions.
  • A valid driver's license and good driving record.
  • Ability to travel overnight occasionally.
