- Follow established procedures for store maintenance and cleanliness to ensure a welcoming environment.
- Stay informed about new products and promotions to effectively communicate with customers.
- Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize theft and ensure store security.
- Engage with customers to promote loyalty programs and encourage participation.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and maintain a positive work atmosphere.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with specialized services such as paint mixing and product recommendations.
- Operate the cash register efficiently, handling transactions and providing excellent customer service.
- Attend team meetings and contribute to a collaborative work environment.
- Maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate store needs, including weekends.
Compensation:
$15.00 per hour
