Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Collision Repair Technician to join our team. As a key member of our body shop team, you will be responsible for performing repairs and ensuring high-quality results. If you have a passion for auto body repair and excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
Responsibilities- Assess damage to vehicles prior to repair and work with Service Advisors to develop efficient repair plans.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Use special equipment to restore damaged metal frames and body sections back to original specifications.
- Develop and implement efficient methods for each job, minimizing repair time and supplements.
- Ensure all needed repairs are identified and completed to the highest standards.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; 1-4 years of experience in auto body repair preferred.
- Effective communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
