Job Title: Administrative Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Associate to join our team at Williams Lea Group Limited. As an Administrative Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to external stakeholders, ensuring timely completion of administrative tasks, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilize logs and tracking software to manage administrative work
  • Assess job requests and ensure completion of tasks throughout the task life cycle
  • Perform administrative support tasks, including answering phone calls, providing customer service, editing documents, and data entry
  • Communicate with team members, lead, and supervisor on job or deadline concerns
  • Meet contracted deadlines for service delivery to clients
  • Troubleshoot basic software or hardware problems
  • Foster a proactive environment of continuous service enhancement and relationship building with clients
  • Perform quality assurance on work of others, as requested
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year administrative support experience in a legal, banking, or large corporate environment
  • Skilled in MS Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and strong keyboarding and typing skills
  • Familiar with other software programs for providing administrative support
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Good organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to handle sensitive and/or confidential documents and information
  • Good problem-solving skills and ability to exercise good judgment
