Diesel Mechanic Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Diesel Mechanic Lead to join our team at Aerotek. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the maintenance and repair of our fleet of vehicles, including Vactor trucks and diesel engines.
Main Responsibilities:- Lead a team of technicians in maintaining and repairing company vehicles.
- Develop and implement comprehensive preventative maintenance programs.
- Diagnose technical issues and provide effective solutions.
- Collaborate with internal staff and outside vendors to coordinate repairs and maintenance.
- Minimum three years of experience as a Diesel Mechanic Lead.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
$80,000 - $100,000 per year, based on experience.
