Patient Care Technician

We are seeking a Patient Care Technician to join our team at DaVita Inc. As a Patient Care Technician, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support in our outpatient dialysis center.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including monitoring patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment
- Measure and record patient statistics, make observations, and set up hemodialysis machines
- Build long-term relationships with patients and educate them on kidney dialysis-related topics
- Work collaboratively with a cross-functional team of clinicians, including nurses, dietitians, and social workers
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Desire to enter the healthcare field and care for others
- Comfortable working around blood and needles
- Ability to work long hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
