Customer Experience Advocate for Automotive Service

At Capitol City Ford, we're seeking a Customer Experience Advocate to join our team. As a Customer Experience Advocate, you'll be responsible for greeting customers, addressing their concerns, and ensuring they receive the best possible service. You'll work closely with our technicians to diagnose and service vehicles, and provide customers with clear explanations of the work being done. Your goal will be to build strong relationships with our customers, understand their needs, and deliver personalized service that exceeds their expectations.
We offer a competitive salary range of $50,000 to $70,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a generous compensation package, you'll enjoy a range of benefits, including medical, dental, and life insurance, 401(k) with employer contributions, paid holidays and vacation days, and direct deposit. We also provide uniforms and a stable work environment with opportunities for growth and development.
