We are seeking a highly skilled Water Resources Assistant Project Manager to join our team at Colliers Engineering & Design. As a key member of our Water Resources Group, you will be responsible for supporting and leading stormwater management projects focused on green infrastructure and low impact development, as well as stormwater infrastructure improvements.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform hydrologic/hydraulic analyses and design stormwater management BMPs.
- Support and lead stormwater management projects, including SWPPP preparation and water quality compliance calculations.
- Assist in flood studies using HEC-RAS and USEPA-SWMM, and perform dam assessments and rehabilitation design.
- Collaborate with other departments to provide engineering and technical support needs.
- Develop and maintain reports and proposals.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- 5+ years of related water resources experience, with a preference for PE certification.
- Knowledge of state regulations, with a focus on NJ.
- Proficiency in technical skills, including stormwater management, hydraulics, and hydrological analysis.
- Strong communication and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
