Job Description

As a Strategic Renewal Representative, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our fast-growing customer base. Your primary goal will be to maintain and grow revenue through the renewal of existing customer contracts.

Key Responsibilities

* Proactively engage with customers to secure contract renewals
* Defend revenue through negotiations and ensure a seamless customer experience
* Utilize ATR reports for strategic territory planning
* Identify opportunities for multi-year upsells and additional upgrades
* Collaborate with internal counterparts for a customer-centric approach
