As a Pain Management Specialist, your duties will include:
- Identifying the underlying causes of patients' pain, including surgical, injury-related, metabolic, or neurological factors.
- Conducting specialized assessments, prescribing appropriate medications, and performing necessary procedures.
- Evaluating patients' vital signs, medical histories, allergies, and current medications.
- Collaborating with a healthcare team to develop tailored treatment plans.
- Maintaining thorough documentation of patient diagnoses and treatment plans.
- Providing clear communication regarding ongoing care instructions to the care team.
Minimum Requirements:
- Completion of a residency in medicine.
- Current board certification or eligibility.
- Valid state medical license as MD or DO.
- Active DEA certificate.
- Open to new graduates or experienced professionals.
