Key Responsibilities:
› Serve as a liaison among senior managers, partners, clients, and staff, handling all phases of tax engagements related to high net worth individuals.

› Possess strong technical skills in accounting and tax preparation, including individual taxation, multi-state taxation, trust, and estate tax matters.

› Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, their attorneys, brokers, and other third parties, ensuring seamless communication and tax-related support.

› Participate in the development of staff through mentorship and feedback, fostering a positive work environment and contributing to the growth of our team.

› Actively seek out new business opportunities, develop relationships with key service providers, and follow up on leads to drive business growth.

Requirements:
› Hold an active CPA license, with CFP certification a plus.

› Possess at least five years of experience in public accounting, tax consulting, or related fields.

› Demonstrate exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with a strong ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
