Job Summary

The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, troubleshooting equipment issues, and making repairs to ensure the smooth operation of our restaurants. Responsibilities

  • Equipment Support: Provide support for multiple restaurants, including performing routine maintenance tasks and troubleshooting equipment issues.
  • Building Repair: Perform repairs to buildings, including making adjustments and repairs to HVAC systems, electrical systems, and refrigeration systems.
  • Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot issues with restaurant equipment and facilities, working with restaurant managers to make repairs and replacements as needed.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain inventory records for equipment and supplies, ensuring that we have the necessary materials to perform maintenance tasks.
  • Quality Assessments: Conduct quality assessments to identify areas for improvement and ensure that our facilities are meeting our high standards.

Requirements

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Certification: Certificate in HVAC, building maintenance technology, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: In-depth knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, advanced understanding of general maintenance procedures and techniques, and excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Physical Demands: Physically capable and available to work overtime, including weekends, public holidays, and evenings in emergent situations.
