Night Receptionist

Foundations for Living:

Foundations for Living is a dedicated facility providing essential mental health services. Our organization focuses on delivering comprehensive care to individuals in need, ensuring a supportive environment for both patients and staff.

Position Overview:

Under the supervision of the Admissions Director, the Night Receptionist plays a crucial role in welcoming and assisting visitors, managing the switchboard, and facilitating patient check-ins. The receptionist will also support various administrative tasks and projects as directed by the leadership team.

Work Location: The position is based at our facility, where we prioritize a collaborative and caring atmosphere.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Experience: A minimum of two years of experience operating a multi-line telephone system, preferably in a healthcare setting, along with proficiency in computer skills. Any combination of education, training, or experience in a healthcare environment is preferred.

Hours: The role requires availability from 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM, with the possibility of occasional overtime and flexible scheduling.
