Responsibilities

Foundations for Living:

Foundations for Living is a dedicated mental health facility that provides comprehensive care for individuals in need. Our organization is committed to delivering high-quality services to our patients, ensuring their well-being and recovery.

Position Overview:

Under the supervision of the Admissions Director, the Night Receptionist plays a crucial role in welcoming and assisting all visitors, managing the switchboard, and facilitating patient check-ins. Additionally, the receptionist may support various administrative tasks and projects as directed by the leadership team.

Work Environment: Our facility is designed to create a supportive atmosphere for both staff and patients.

Qualifications

REQUIREMENTS

Education/Certification: High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience: A minimum of two (2) years of experience operating a multi-line telephone system, preferably in a healthcare setting, along with computer proficiency and relevant experience in a hospital environment is preferred.

Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM; Flexibility to work occasional overtime may be required.
