Foundations for Living is a dedicated mental health service provider committed to offering comprehensive care to individuals in need. Our facility is designed to support both adolescents and adults, providing a range of inpatient and outpatient services tailored to the unique needs of our patients. Each year, we assist numerous individuals on their journey to recovery through our compassionate and skilled healthcare team.

Position Overview:

Under the supervision of the Admissions Director, the Night Receptionist plays a crucial role in welcoming and assisting all visitors, managing the switchboard, and facilitating patient check-ins. The receptionist will also support various administrative tasks and projects as directed by the leadership team.

Work Environment:

The role is situated within a supportive and dynamic healthcare setting, fostering a collaborative atmosphere.

Qualifications

REQUIREMENTS

Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience: A minimum of two (2) years of experience operating a multi-line telephone system, preferably in a healthcare context, along with proficiency in computer skills and relevant experience in a medical environment is preferred.

Work Hours: 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM; flexibility for occasional overtime may be required.
