LP Customer Service Associate II

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented LP Customer Service Associate II to join our team at TJ Maxx. As a key member of our Loss Prevention team, you will play a critical role in maintaining a safe and secure shopping environment for our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain a visible presence at the front of the store, acting as a deterrent to potential loss and dishonesty.
- Review and understand the Store Emergency Response Guide to ensure preparedness in emergency situations.
- Wear a Company-approved uniform, including a Body Worn Camera, to enhance customer safety and security.
- Greet customers with courtesy and respect, providing assistance as needed.
- Establish and maintain a position at the front of the store or in a designated department, observing and reporting any suspicious behavior or critical incidents to LP or store management.
- Perform a closing safety sweep of the store with a member of management to ensure a secure environment.
- Adhere to all Company Policy and Procedure, documenting required incidents in AIIM Case Management.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Sound decision-making skills, with the ability to take initiative and perform well independently.
- Prioritize and organize workload effectively, managing time to meet deadlines.
- Able to stand for long periods of time, with a strong work ethic and commitment to customer satisfaction.
- 0-2 years retail or security experience, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
