We are seeking a seasoned Property Manager to lead our luxury apartment community, Vintage Raleigh West. As the ideal candidate, you will possess a strong background in property management, with a focus on revenue growth, expense control, and resident satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and optimize expenses.
  • Maintain a high level of resident satisfaction through effective communication and timely issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance, making recommendations to improve profitability.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team that delivers exceptional results.

Requirements:

  • You have two years of experience as a Property Manager.
  • You have experience managing luxury Class A apartments.
  • You have experience with budgeting, revenue enhancement, and expense control.
  • You have experience directly supervising a team.
  • You have experience using Yardi; preferred.
  • You have experience adapting to new technology.

Estimated Salary Range: $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including paid time off, holiday pay, and opportunities for career growth and development.
