Field Operations Manager

Complete Staffing LLC is in search of a skilled Field Operations Manager to oversee and manage the daily on-site construction operations. This role encompasses the organization and coordination of various trades in a streamlined manner, effective distribution of workforce, materials, and equipment, as well as the comprehensive management of safety protocols and construction quality standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and supervise field construction activities to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and project teams to maintain workflow efficiency.
  • Implement and uphold safety measures to protect all personnel on site.
  • Monitor project progress and adjust schedules as necessary to meet deadlines.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • A minimum of five years of relevant experience in a supervisory capacity within the commercial construction sector.
  • Willingness to travel as required for project needs.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license is essential.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with project scheduling software.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with team members and subcontractors.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and make sound decisions in a dynamic environment.
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and leadership skills are crucial.

Compensation will be commensurate with experience.
