Job Overview

Care Advantage Inc. is seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to provide in-home care services to our clients in the Bristol, VA area. As a home care professional, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients and their families.

This is a full- or part-time position that offers a rewarding career path, opportunities for quarterly and annual bonuses based on performance, and a $500 friend referral bonus. You will also have access to paid in-service training and overtime opportunities.

To be eligible for this position, you must be eligible to work in the United States and have two satisfactory professional references. Reliable transportation is also required.

The work schedule for this position is flexible, with shifts available during days, nights, and weekends. We are committed to working around your schedule to ensure that you have a healthy work-life balance.
