Role Summary

As an integral member of our team, you will collaborate across various departments to ensure the successful execution of essential deliverables and priority projects. You should be adept at managing multiple tasks from diverse stakeholders and swiftly transitioning between different responsibilities. Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the creation and assembly of client-facing materials, including meeting agendas, reports, and presentations as needed.
  • Work in partnership with various departments, including executive leadership, to gather necessary deliverables and ensure timely completion of initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities for enhancement and provide actionable insights and project plans to tackle patient recruitment and enrollment challenges, as well as barriers to achieving key performance indicators.
  • Represent Massive Bio in client meetings and other engagements with sites and our contract research organization partners.
  • Conduct feasibility assessments and contribute to requests for proposals as required.
  • Collaborate closely with multiple teams and key stakeholders to ensure that Massive Bio consistently meets and exceeds client expectations in patient enrollment.
  • Lead multidisciplinary team members to guarantee trial success and replicate achievements across all trials; this role necessitates significant data analysis, interpretation, and initiative management.
  • Enhance, scale, and systematize Massive Bio's patient enrollment process for each trial.
  • Identify best practices for patient identification through to trial enrollment in collaboration with marketing and our patient care team.
  • May represent Massive Bio at client meetings, investigator meetings, and industry events.
  • Undertake additional duties and special projects as directed by supervisors or executive leadership.
  • This role may involve occasional travel, not exceeding 25%.
Candidate Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years in a customer-facing role within program or project management.
  • Experience as a key contributor in a global team within a complex and demanding organization; prior start-up experience is advantageous.
  • Remote work experience for over one year.
  • Ability to analyze data to deliver actionable improvements for clients.
  • Familiarity with technology applications for managing intricate and large-scale projects or initiatives.
